Bank loan is a No No. When they will present it, it will look so mouth watering. By the time you start paying, you start feeling terrible and asking if it was really you that took the loan. Any loan that will not be tangible in such a way that it will complete the project it's meant for, don't take. At least you should be seeing the profits as the loan is running or you are seeing the comfort/joy like you used it to complete your house.

The best way to get rich is by using other people's money.

How can you access bulk money?
You must first build your credit history by obtaining smaller loans and performing well in paying back.
