I read about it again in Biology textbook later on sha. Saw the bone structure and everything.

Owls don't achieve 360° head rotation. It's 270° for head and 360° for eye

I never thought they had short legs obviously it was covered by feathers and if u watched Harry potter in would notice or else how would they fly and balance. That's party why penguins walk funny and can't fly.
