Happy Sunday to everyone. I have been postponing this topic for awhile and feel I should let it off my mind.

This lockdown period has made me discover a lot and one of them is the most important ingredients. To me, the most important ingredients are crayfish, onions, salt, pepper and oil.

Yes! With these ingredients you can cook many dishes. Let's get down to the topic.

Cooking Ofo Soup

#50 ofo
#50 crayfish
#10 salt
#20 onions
#10 cameroun pepper which I didn't finish (I don't like pepper)
#50 palm oil

Total: #190

NB: you can add bitter leaf in your case.

I didn't even know I could cook without stockfish and dried fish.
To be honest, the soup was sumptuous. I made it a bit thick.

You know how far nah. wink

Normally salt is sold for #50 but there's no how you can finish it, in fact what I used was less than #10 salt self.

Same applies to Cameroon pepper sold at #20 but there's no how you can finish it.

I could have written #5 salt and #5 pepper and I guess I would still get same reaction.

Anyway I have passed my information across. Enjoy.
