You must have missed the thread that describes a typical isolatio centre. Armed guards, bad food, no movement and certainly no treatment of that is not imprisonment I dont know what that is

Before going into isolation, these people ought to be offered therapy to make them feel at ease and while in there the therapy continues over the phone or video call where available. They should be well fed and concerns not diminished.

They ignored the mental health aspect of it. I work in a psychiatric hospital, the psychologist is equally important in the treatment plan because it is not just about the psychiatrist prescribing the medication the nurses are to give the patients because patients very easily refuse medication, so the psychologist is called in and he/she gets to sit down with the patient, empathizes while exploring with the patient reasons they refused treatment and help them gain insight why it is for their good if they maintain adherence.

They are most likely lookon8g for a solution. The help they definity wont get sitting in that concentration camp you call an isolation centre
