Highlights
On the 11th of May 2020, 242 new confirmed cases and 10 deaths were recorded in Nigeria
No new state has reported a case in the last 24 hours.
Till date, 4641 cases have been confirmed, 902 cases have been discharged and 150 deaths have been recorded in 34 states and the Federal Capital Territory
The 242 new cases are reported from 14 states- Lagos(88), Kano(64), Katsina(49), Kaduna(13), Ogun(9), Gombe(6), Adamawa(4), FCT(3),Ondo(1),Oyo(1), Rivers(1), Zamfara (1), Borno (1), Bauchi(1).

We've only tested 27,078 people so far undecided

I'm not even as scared as I was before when we had like 100 cases.

With the current trend of over 200 to 300 cases on daily basis, We will likely get to 13,000 cases before the end of the month.

But tbh I don't know where this cases are coming from.

I've seen videos of the corona virus "Patients" in Nigeria and they don't look sick to me, Some are even protesting. undecided

Northern States infection rate is very high even with the low testing per day. With the way their governors are shouting about 150, 200 deaths every week, na God hands we dey O! shocked

I can't fit shout.the death toll is too alarming and is mostly from the north,is it that their health system is poor or that their immune system is weak? Arrewa and kyase please answer this.

Anyway,the discharge rate is impressive,over 100 today.we should have up to 1000 before weekend.

Lagos has almost 2000 cases with 33 deaths.
Kano has 666 cases with 32deaths.

Death rates in Kano and other northern states especially Borno, Katsina and Sokoto is on the high side, Govt should look into it and help the health workforce in any way they can, so that more lives can be saved.
