1st of all, just understand that I'm trying to help.
2) I think all you need are: a fantastic voice, a good command of notes, confidence and most importantly, the favour of whatever supreme being you worship. A basic skill in at least 1 musical instrument will definitely be a good plus.
3) do ur research.
4) discipline and humour will come in handy.

Lol, the pillar footing is very tall, I've only seen a similar size in a building's gate house.

Yeah it is tall, that was in San Antonio. The building is Santikos Palladium, was really nice in there.
