Apache as in 22/BB ? They are related to Ayes, broke out from ayes. Their color code is all black and they nack egede too. Their university graduates are called tigers. My roommate back then in school was a bonafide AP member, he kept telling me that when he eventually becomes a tiger(a graduate) there are loads of connections and mystery jobs waiting for him, says his fellow tigers had his back secured.

Fast forward...

Just recently I got his contact on Facebook and we connected, as per long time friends and also it's been years since we graduated. The nigga is still living with his parents at 35 years old and without a job too.

Where is that mystery job, connections, and all?
Where are his tigers now?

Whether na sons of darkness (SOD), apache, 22, black beret, brotherhood of blood, Ejima men, national association of liberated tigers (N.A.L.T) or whatever alias they choose to go by, The group is just as useless as other dumb frats.

Actually what we call cultism in his part of the world is actually gangsterism. And if you go to Brazil, Honduras, el savador, Mexico and the USA , you'll know there's a difference between a domestic cat and a tiger.

MS 13 - Mara Salvatrucha. To initiate you, like 10 of them beat you non-stop for 13 seconds. Thats all but they are one of the biggest latino gangs in the USA. Gangs exist most countries in the world. Its something no one can stop. But in one shithole African country it is most active in the citadel of learning and their members are even governors. LET ME BREAK THE ICE..

I am not a run away fellow, I have seen life from different angles but I want to let us know that the sweetest kind of life is in JESUS.

So many of the false prophets in our lands who CALLED THEMSELVES (rather than being called of God) have made us believe that Jesus cannot Save you unless you pay money but may I tell you that the day I received my salvation through Jesus Christ, I paid no dime. I was surprised how someone I never took serious could pay such daring price to have me saved.

If you experience true Christianity, you would believe that what most of us practise is religious fanatism, comparing what others do in their religion to ours as though that would help us. Doing so is just like going into the market place to look into other people's list of things to buy instead of minding ourselves. Having said so, I wouldn't blame anybody because some of us went into the wrong place due to lack of spiritual orientation, instead the fake outward Christianity we tend to portray thereby deceiving ourselves.

Let me even burst your bubble, some of us have agents who would go to the village streams, oracles, covens and even shrines to get charms for protection, power, dominance, business breakthroughs even longlife yet forgetting that Jesus Christ is everywhere and Cannot be deceived yet we claim to be ardent church goers where we reside in the cities, towns and overseas. You would only get to know this when you get into quarrel with someone and he or she tells you, "Do you know where I come from? I will show you that I have an idol in the village." Yet he or she goes to church every week.

The best ways out of these are:

Distance yourself from bad people and pray for them.

Always give accounts of yours acts to the GOD you trust not idols from your villages suggested by your forefathers by one tale or the other... BELIEVE IN JESUS CHRIST WHOLEHEARTEDLY...

If you are deeply into cultism, ocultisms, spiritism, charms, unwholesome conversations, tendencies to avenge wrongs done to you (leave them to God but live safely, don't let people cheat you out of anything simply because you're a Christian.) Any life worth living is worth living well. You can make a U-turn, repent and live prayerfully.

And if you would want to KILL ME because of what I have just wrote, please come fast!

HOLD ON
What are we living for sef? Somebody is born today, lives and dies and the only thing he knows that happens around the country are killing, killing and killing and all these are done by our fellow human beings who are either looking for wealth (the wrong way), supremacy and power in a world they didn't create.

I wish my blood would be enough I would have given it but thank God for the precious blood of Jesus which purges us of all sins.

If you are a Pastor but you know that you called yourself into the 'ministry' and then you're claiming that God called you, please check yourself and if you're a real Man of God, try incorporate self-hustles into your life and never sweet-tongue or coerce members into giving. Be real and faithful to your calling, everything would definitely pass away except the Word - Jesus.

What fraternity is this? They were seen at a function singing and spraying dollars.

The major tertiary institution cult groups&their most prominent means of identification, which is colour codes of dressing, have been explicitly mentioned in my post below.

Accountability:
Confraternities identify themselves through various means one of which is colour codes(of dressing) backed up by their individual OT. The first cult, Pyrates Confraternity, introduced a mode of dressing they emulated from the real sea pirates which is; antique white shirt on a pair of black trousers combine with a sash worn around the waist, socks drawn up to knee level and a bandana tied around the head (which portrays the cult's primary colour). Other springing cults followed suit.

With the introduction of more cults, and as a result of the fashion trend, but most importantly, the need to portray a false civilised appearance to the society, this mode of dressing evolved to the conventional formal(cooperate) style, regularly worn during the cult's ceremonial events, and which is modern white shirt, a pair of black trousers, socks drawn up to the knee or ankle level, a tie, a waistcoat, black suit jacket and the beret which replaced the bandana to portray cults paramilitary code of conduct.

The primary(and secondary) colour(s) of a particular cult is indicated by the beret, the tie, and the socks, with the complete colour codes of that cult displayed by the beret and its ribbon underneath.
Hence some of the major cults' colour identities are the conventional cooperate white shirt and a pair of black trousers combined with:

PYRATES CONFRATERNITY (RED) - red beret, red ribbon, red tie, red socks

SUPREME EIYE CONFRATERNITY (BLUE, YELLOW AND RED) - blue beret, yellow ribbon, yellow or red tie, yellow socks

BUCCANEERS CONFRATERNITY (YELLOW) - yellow beret, yellow tie, yellow socks

BLACK AXXE CONFRATERNITY (BLACK AND YELLOW) - black beret, yellow ribbon, yellow tie, yellow socks

SUPREME VIKINGS CONFRATERNITY (BLACK AND RED) - black beret, red ribbon(or vice versa), red tie, red socks

KLANSMEN KONFRATERNITY (BLACK AND WHITE) - black beret, white ribbon, black tie, white socks

SUPREME MAPHITE CONFRATERNITY (GREEN) - green beret, green tie, green socks, military camouflage attire

JURISTS CONFRATERNITY (WHITE AND RED) - white beret, red ribbon, red tie, red socks

BROTHERHOOD OF THE BLOOD BROTHERS CONFRATERNITY (BLACK) - black beret, black tie, black socks

SUPREME BURKINA FASO REVOLUTION CONFRATERNITY (RED AND WHITE) - red beret, white ribbon, red tie, red socks

WARLORD CONFRATERNITY (RED AND BLUE) - red beret, blue ribbon, red or blue tie&socks

FAMILY CONFRATERNITY (BLACK AND RED) - black fedora(hat), black or red tie, red socks

TROJAN HORSE CONFRATERNITY (ORANGE) - orange beret, orange tie, orange socks

ISRAELITES JUDGES CONFRATERNITY (WHITE AND BLACK) - white beret, black ribbon, black tie, white socks

Cults also 'fly' their colours through caps, foot wear, hand bands and casual wear of their corresponding colour and female cults also adopt same colour codes(of dressing) used by their particular male counterparts. Some cults number 1 man and their national body might be adorned with extra distinguishing colour to stand out from the crowd.

Though this is just to mention a few so you are aware of the kind of colour combinations of clothes and accessories to adorn yourself with in certain locations to avoid mistaken identities or harassment from the self-acclaimed owners(or rivals) of such identity. Though e no mean say you no go do your fine boy with your Christmas cloth again but apply wisdom because the colours were there even before Wole Soyinka was born.

lavylilly:
It took me 4 days to read from page one to this current page.

Let me appreciate every person that has contributed in no small way to the eradication of the deadly disease called Cultism. It was out of boredom I found this group on nairaland.

Cultism CANNOT stop. it has been engraved in the fabric of society.

Unilag use to be hot in the early 90's '92-'98. Killing in Akoka and school environment.

Uniben during Allele Williams and Anao period. I don know which one of them banned alcohol is school but before the ban of alcohol in school environment, uniben was a war zone. Gist has it that Osaogie is controlled by a cult group, BDPA another different group, ekosodin another group. Ekpoma was like Afghanistan stories and tales of horror by friends that schooled there.

After the unilag school authorities took a hard stand on cultism it spiralled into Bariga, Yaba, Oyingbo and other places.

In 2004 till about 2007 or 2009 there was this guy well known in the whole of somolu, bajulaye and Igbogunu in short the whole of Bariga, he was feared that you don't mess with him at all, after his era he changed and became a pastor. A church invited him to talk to the young ones, he share a bit of his experience in the underworld and cultism and said, "I regret ever joining cult, I did unimaginable things, from fetish to diabolical to women to drugs you name it". He admonished parents to be close to their wards or kids. I can't remember his name now but he was a terror. They were the ones that killed a DPO and dumped his body in the lagoon.

After his era, we had the shaggie boys and down town boys, if you were in Ilaje this period, bike would hardly take you to ebute or oremeji, why because of this two gangs. Many bright young men were lost.

Udeme, was the shocking revelation, he was extremely gentle, jovial, playful infact girls then secretly fighting among themselves to date him. This is the type of man most girls would point at and say that the kind of husband I would like to marry.

One very cool and bright afternoon, when wa r broke out between the two opposing cult members, Udeme brought out a gun that was nearly tucked into the fence they were sitting & shot the guy at the opposite direction everybody ran for safety, some miscreants used the opportunity to loot. Few hours later police came and made some arrest barely 72hrs those arrested we're freed

Shaggie got his whole arm choopped off during the war with down town boys. I was made to believe why our compound was never harrassed is because one uncle in the yard usually pay the down town boys never to harras any of us. Those periods were not so sweet. They harrassed, maimed and did all kind of things.

My friend brother was accompany me home one day and playing one of the songs on his phone we were stopped and they asked him, which color you dey fly? He said, "I no dey fly any color o", so na you dey play our song abi? He said , "no na jaration song o" he was told never to play it.

After reading everything here, I concluded that Tony one week and Austino Milano are both ex-cultist.

Austina Milano songs "Egede, second base jare, Weda you call am Kano abi na kunu or you call am jukunu abi na kunu, I say the man" my point is the word "EGEDE" used in the song and has been mentioned here as the slangs used by these people.

With what I have read and pictures seen here my uncle's son is a cultist. I went to spend a few days with them.

I woke up to make breakfast fast and in preparing the dinning for the food when his friend on the opposite end and him on the other side greeted me and almost immediately they did the David and burna boy hand greetings sign I saw here, now I understand better, why he refused to go to auchi poly? why his father felt he came out with a fake result in Ibadan poly, why he is always not at home 2-3 months? Why he collect close to 800k to go set up a business in another town and couldn't run the business?

This guy's with a mark close to their left eyes I see mostly in motor parks, are they cultist? Because if you go to Island, mainland to ikorodu you see boys with such signs directly below their left eyes.

I went to visit my friend in Ekosodin who was a student then I never knew the hostel was a den of cultist. A guy was asking my friend out an another guy too in the same hostel was disturbing my friend. The one in the hostel I don't know what transpired and he probably hurt her in the hand. Where the other guy came and saw her hand and asked her who did it and she said it was the guy in the hostel.

After about 4 days later they came around 4pm 8 hefy, sternly and angry looking boys for the hostel guy. They asked him to choose his weapon (Cutlass, gun, koboko and belt), he choose belt, we were hearing the beating, screaming because the room was beside my friends room. This guy could not go for lectures for 2 weeks according to my friend, you need to see his back the next day. I left the following day. My friend told me anytime he greeted the guy in his hostel he never answered her. I wondered how she was able to stop dating the cultist.

This thread is an eye opener. I'll share with my uncle maybe he would understand his son better.

Saynotocultism.
The bolded has not been answered

In my own case, I entered Auchi Poly (AP) went to stay in Sabo I refused to stay in school hostel because of poor facilities. I didn't know that the hostel was the den of cultist. Infact that where the number one stay.

After few months of staying in my new hostel, I was cooking Jollof when I went inside to bring my plate to dish it only for me to find out two guys in the same hostel with me dragging my pot with me, I was livid and started to fight. If you see beating that day, you go pity me. After that day, I was doing their laundry fetching water and they finished my money and food.

I went to meet my friends in the hostel and explained things to them, can you imagine these same friends are cultist ND1 fa and told me to blend, I concluded I cant continue. I was lucky enough to raise money to write Jamb again and gain admission in another school. It was in AP I knew that cultist hostel have IMMUNITY. if they are stealing in other hostels they dare not near that hostel.
