Today 13th of May,w we woke to a very disastrous event whereby a school by name Redeemed Christian school located at obeleagu str. off awka road by st. Mary Catholic church gets completely swollen up after a bit of rain last night.

I think that is as a result of poor town planning, poor irrigation/ drainage systems, the environmental control bodies of the state should look into that...

Thank God that there are no casualties. Erosion is a terrible menace in the whole southeast, especially Anambra state. The federal and state government should wake up and tackle this menace and not wait until great damages and losses are encountered before doing something.
