not to nit pick but why not use the sidewalk to cover the gutter? lol what's the point of the side walk if it encourages you to walk side by side with a pit of disease and filth?

At Orlu, Okorocha’s OPEN gutters on those four roads he enlarged - the gutters are like hell.

Building open gutters in urban towns is being callous- postpone one’s job for another.
