Due to the lockdown. Multichoice has increased the price of its decoder and some changes that will take effect by June 1st,2020

They didn't increase it, they just added the VAT.

Gotv increased to #9100 (previously #8100)
DSTV increased to #17500.

Now tell me, is that just an increment in the VAT?

i am not referring to cost of getting the decoders. often time, the cost of getting decoders changes based on demand and scarcity of stocks.

i am actually talking about the VAT they added to the subscription.
