RIP to the deceased, he was such a big name during Lam Adeahsina's time. He was a strong proponent together with Lam then to revatalize the Teaching profession in Oyo state. Teachers started owning Opel Omega cars.

Some moved from legislative arm to experience the executive arm and vice versa. Senate/Federal House/State House are all by the ballots. Minister/Commissioner are by appointment. You decide personally where you think your service is best needed or for others, which one is more easily attainable at any point in time.

I understand this is true for most politicians but Ayoola Kehinde, Honourable as I fondly called him then was a good man. We were close doing our postgraduate days at OAU, Ife and one an occasion donated blood to his wife.
I remember one occasion in 2012 where I met him privately and asked how he survives being a politician in PDP. He was a different being before dumping the party for SDP, being campaign manager for the current governor all times.
So sad, RIP sir.

He was becoming a technocrat. He got his MSc in Environmental Control and Mgt from OAU, Ife in 2015 and I believe he's trying to apply the knowledge. He supported the youth's participation in governance and parties' tolerant.

I fully understand the legislative to executive and vice versa movement. I just seem not to reckon with commissioners. Our commissioners here don't wield much powers and are usually invisible unlike federal ministers. Governors reshuffle their cabinet more often than the federal level. Nice submission bro.

Well put sir. That's so true. Most of our governors are micro-managers because the overall portfolio at state level is very small unlike at federal level. If you try that as president you won't last one month before your health starts asking serious questions.
