I'm sorry if I've acted that way but I lost a phone from just tracking number... Went to the PO 2 years ago and was told somebody moved the package...

How is that possible? All registered packages have to be signed out and the claimant has to submit a copy of a valid ID.

For an impostor to receive your package, he has to:
1. Know your phone number as is written on the package
2. Know the name as is written on the package
3. Know the final destination Post Office of pickup.

Only a PO staff has access to this information and only a PO staff could have moved your package. You should have requested to see proof of pickup and probably escalate the matter if you smelt a rat.

Ordered something about two months ago and they’ve kept on pushing the delivery time based on corona. I don’t know what to do again, just wanted to know if anyone else is in the same situation

Same boat.

I suggest you monitor your order details and relax until the customer protection time expires

please i need expert advice guys, i plan to purchase an electronical device from ali ex currently priced at 20 usd, naturally i would use dhl but the shipping charges are preposterous when compared to the price of the package, so i plan to use ae standard shipping. What are the risks involved should i choose to continue?

At least wait until you see reports of people receiving their goods on this thread.
So far things aren't moving or to be more specific goods do arrive in Nigeria, but nipost isn't moving the packages.

youre right sir but my line of thought is that the post officies must get back to releasing packages very soon as its unreasonable to holdout for too long.

Actually I think the person that received the item knew I was expecting it and also knows my phone number... I call everybody possible... I even called Lagos for help cos that time I was in Adamawa State... I was only moving in circles... They showed the signature of the recipient and I couldn't recognize the hand writing... Remember it is not a private shipping company that delivered my percel that I can voice out my complain and be heard...

what he said was right. How can someone else receive it without a copy of ID which they will collect at the Post Office.

In the North they don't ask for ID in most cases... Those that have received items in the North like Kano will confirm

Hello guyz.... What does this mean please?
I ordered from AliExpress to a lagos address, is there a reason its showing Ibadan?
P.s. it seems they used Fedx to ship the item.

It's been 60 days already since the purchase, had 30 days to go now they've added an extra 30 that i didn't ask for to make it 60 more days..

Funny..

Either someone close to you or the PO staff stole your package, not some unknown person online.

Nobody should be able to receive your package without the necessary clearance/authorization except the PO staff is compromised.

Hiding your tracking number while requesting for help online makes no sense.

Then they are not following protocol. you should sue them or call them out that's total nonsense

There is limited information for anybody to help you with. Even FedEx customer care would request for your tracking number.

The package with the tracking number you have was picked up in Ibadan. Contact your seller and ask why that should happen. If they did not give any concrete reason (eg they mixed up your tracking number with another buyer in Nigeria and then proceed to give you YOUR tracking number) open dispute. This is enough ground for AE to return your money.

From the day your dispute is ruled to your favour, you will receive your cash refund within 3 to 20 working days.

The question I should ask you is,

Did you open a dispute? Was it to your favour?
