A good video where one can see how an aircraft is deliberately entered into a spin and then how it is recovered into a safe flight position.

Every good trainer aircraft must have a spin recovery capability.

One major reason for fighter aircraft crashes is because pilots are not able to handle spin . If a fighter enters a spin and pilot is not trained to recover the same , the aircraft will crash.

It's semantics actually , intent of use as per end user.

If you ask me I will not consider it as a dedicated attack helicopter , because it was not purpose built to be a dedicated attack helicopter .

It is derived from ALH which is a transport helicopter .

If one wants to be strictly accurate , than dedicated attack helicopters r those which r built as attack helicopter from design stage onwards eg Apache LCH Mi28 etc

Meaning it is an attack helicopter. Saying dedicated is just semantics.

Yes I know their are design improvements, including avionics and performance but both the MI-28 and Rudra are attack helicopters.

the Rudra is an armed utility helicopter.....

Rudra is a specifically factory modified ALH for armed role. It is heavily modified / redesigned ( system level ) to support armed roles. It is assigned to army and Air force ORBATs specifically and purposefully for anti air and counter surface force operations only.

It is not meant for utility roles at all.

DEAD, CSFO, SHBO , CSAR, Anti armour, Electronic warfare, Scout,Armed reconnaissance and surveillance, Anti UAV role etc is not utility roles . All these r dedicated combat missions which only helicopters which r certified , mission equipped and capable to execute r designated to do so.

It can be reconfigured for various combat roles but it cannot be reconfigured to utility roles.

So it is can't be classified as a armed utility helicopter. Its role as per OEM and end user is strictly for combat roles.

ALH is a utility helicopter. It is assigned to logistics units of army and airforce. And ALH can also be armed with HMGs / MMGs / rocket pods ( tender out ) but then it will not be a attack helicopter like Rudra rather it will be what u called as a armed utility helicopter.
