Lies. I dont believe UNICEF AND WHO, JUST AS I DONT TAKE LIE MOHAMMED AND OSHIOMOLE SERIOUSLY

only ignorance can leave many people dead THAN Covid/lockdown

The bland irony. You don't believe WHO and UNICEF, yet you think ignorance will leave people dead. So where do you get information from? Nairaland?

No, let them keep locking down.
Ignorance.
Some lazy tins here kept supporting this injustice and inhuman policy of lockdown without thinking with their brain.
Lockdown till December 31st 2025 it wouldn't stop the virus from spreading.

According to the UNICEF, government should only locate hotspots for lockdown and not just everywhere. Therefore, based on that, Nigeria should put the following places in total and indefinite lockdown: Lagos, Kano, Oyo, Ogun, Katsina, Borno, Osun, Kaduna, and FCT.

The SE governors must expedite action now, our northern and Western borders must be under strict supervision 24/7 now! States like Anambra, Enugu and Ebonyi must take extra precautionary measures to ensure that people are stopped from coming into the SE from these epicenters.

The SE must increase its testing capacity while closing our borders to ensure that our success so far is not frittered away.
It seems you do not understand what was written. They claim the hotspots should be identified you are advising locking down a whole state when they can easily identify hotspots within the state.

I have been vindicated once more .. Lockdown should never again be used as measure to contain any contagion because it only makes things worse , its like setting your entire head on fire because because you want to treat lockdown

The Cross River state government has done well regarding this aspect. We've never had any lockdown whatsoever. Proactive measures were taken to close all borders and people within the state are going out and doing business cool

There are indications for well studied researches that continued lockdown will do more harm than good. It's only sensible to toll in the direction of wisdom and common sense of easing the lockdown and starting the next phase of control measure, which is to ensure nose mask and proper sanitation.

I wonder what is wrong with Nigeria!!!!

Nigeria is just doing fire brigade stuff as usual.
No politician wants to stand accused of doing nothing.

If we had a high testing capacity and where to target, total lockdown everywhere may not be necessary. But we are largely in the dark.

We do not have the organised and resilient framework to assist citizens in times of need.

There should not be any lockdown again
