I don't think it is fair to say Wes was a "major contributor" all of them constituted a problem for themselves one way or the other on that show, Annamae was the innocent one and they blamed her for their problems, when all she tried to do was cover up for them.

Annalise wouldn't have helped them in season 1 if Wes wasn't involved, I guess she felt guilty for what happened with Wes's mother, so in a kinda way He was a major contributor to their problems.

True, I abandoned it around episode 4 but picked it back up yesterday.


I have to say the final episode was good.. and little Wes taking after Annalise was so delightful to see
