You have been answered. Truth is you don't need those stats. Names have sold that had no shortlist, while some have 200 shortlist yet to be sold.

It's like going on jumia to shop for shoes, you add to your cart anyone that catches your fancy, thats shortlisting

You will then look at your cart & have a second look, ask friends to check them out & finally make a choice. That's a sale

You can also do the above because you are just window shopping

You can also make final choice but don't go ahead to buy or you to set a target to save money to buy it in 6months

Is this normal? It was until I saw your screenshot before checking it out. I actually thought it had been reviewed and rejected.

Please therealmccain if SH gives benefit of 50coins when u hit 50names, will it Rollover the 100coins they will giv u when u hit 100names (if u didn't use the initial 50coins)

I submitted a registered name on SH, it was rejected but has 3 points which makes it qualify to show in the premium market. Should I request for SH team review or I should just list it in basic plus.

If rejecting it as premium won't affect it still being listed as Basic Plus, by all means go ahead. I was in a similar situation recently and they reviewed and approved it as premium.

Hmm. I battled with them for days on this oo so tey I just tire. From the Tiers descriptions, it looked like for each Tier you hit, you will get the full benefits described there. Na lie. But they agreed with me that the descriptions were a little confusing, so they may have to modify it.

When the Tiers benefit was introduced, I was on 92 names, and immediately got all the silver tier benefits of 50 coins.

Few days later, I crossed 100 names, but wasn't automatically upgraded to gold status. Took several days of messaging support for that to be done. And when the gold arrived, I wasn't given fresh 100 coins. I was given only new 50 coins.

After all the back and forth I had with support, with about 3 different support staff, the summary is that the benefits are incremental.

That is, for example, when you hit gold, you would have earned 100 coins cumulatively. I could understand their point because for instance, many people that have crossed 100 names when the Tier thing came out all got 100 coins. Now it would be unfair to them that those of us that started with 50 coins, will now be on 150 coins when we must have gotten to gold, whereas those like Op that started from gold have only 100coins.

I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that I had requested since April 22nd, and till now, it's still pending. I guess it isn't normal for domain reviews to take that long, or is it?
