That's how they advised users back then.
Backup your data and factory reset before major version upgrades. Though not doing it doesn't affect every phone

Hi, I updated to Android 10 on my 3.2 three days ago and I've been having mobile Internet problems, in most cases I have to switch off and on data to get connected, updating apps is difficult but these problems seem to disappear once I connect to WiFi. I currently use MTN.

Did you experience similar problems?

Please you guys updating and having issues.. When you're doing major Software Update from one android version to another it's always advisable to backup your data then do a factory reset after the update is complete to avoid most issues..

TBH I didn't experience any problems... I am even more happier that I upgraded my phone to android 10

that problem is peculiar to MTN and Airtel networks though not always. I'm not using a Nokia phone but I'm encountering same problem from time to time.

After the upgrade, did you factory reset your phone? Try other sims, if it continues, then factory reset the phone

Not a brand new na.. a used one so I can understand if it's going dat cheap.

Please is it that I don't know how much I bought my phone again? I decided to sell at that rate because I only used it for a month. infact it was just making 3 days to complete it month. That's a 2018 phone, even by next year, it will drop in price that's if you'll see it in stock

The phone is really good. That's what I use to, and they have even started releasing the version 10

that's great news to me. I've been waiting for that gesture navigation as if my life depended on it. Meanwhile, Nigeria isn't on the first wave list.
