Try factory reset. Also make sure you update your phone to the latest security patch.

It's just as simple as copying/moving your files from your phone storage to your memory card or to your PC or to an external drive via OTG or if you have unlimited data to the cloud(Google drive, Dropbox and the rest)..

Since when factory resetting your phone only stuffs in the phone memory are wiped... Also try make sure you're on the latest update heard 5.1 plus is having android 10 update.

Lol... There's no difference with the Chinese version.. my dad has been using his x5 for over a year the 4gb 64gb... He's also on Android 10.. It's how well you take care of your phone .. I've been using the X6 for 16 months with no issues whatsoever too ...

Please I need urgent assistance. I use a Nokia 6.1 plus which is 4g enabled but ever since May, I noticed I could not use my 4G bonus on mtn. Their customer care said my phone isn't 4g enabled. Going through the MyMtn app this morning, I noticed that my device reads as "Tecno Spark 3 (KB7)". That phone isn't 4G enabled... MTN can't help and I don't know what to do.

Please please who has an idea on why this is happening

First put it in a rice bag overnight.. if it doesn't on just take it to a good service guy ... He'll open it and clean it ... Happened to me last month

Good day all. I will just go straight to the point. Ever since I bought my Nokia 4.2 months ago I have been experiencing problems when sending text messages
Whenever I send a text message, I usually get debited for a number of times for just one SMS and this drastically reduces my airtime. This has made me to stop sending texts for a while, but sometimes I do not have a choice but to send an SMS
Attached is the screenshot I usually get when I text once. Also, when I call the person I sent the text to, he/she tells me he has received the same text for a number of times.
Any solution for my phone.

My 4.2 was stolen on monday. But I experienced this same problem too. Most of my issues started after I upgraded my sim to 4G. My SMS were delivered 4 times. I contacted the network provider, they said I should contact Nokia cause the problem wasn't from their end. I contacted Nokia and they referred me back to my network provider. I removed the sim and put it in a small phone. The text messaging was normal. After like a week I put it back in the nokia 4.2 and it was ok again.

Another problem I battled with on this phone was my number always being unavailable despite my phone being on. Sometimes you will call me and it will even tell you the number you are calling is switched off. If I restart the phone, first call will come in. All other calls went come in. To solve this, I made sure I didn't sub that sim again. I went to the sim advanced settings and set that particular dim on 2g mode. My calls now started entering normally.
