Air Peace will not be allowed into North America airspace anytime soon and are in danger of having their aircraft seized if should venture into any airport in North America. An arrest warrant has been issued for the arrest of the owner,Allen Onyema, for money laundering by the United States Department of Justice in November, 2019.

We all hoped for the the sake of the thousand of employees, Allen Onyema would have booked the next flight to United States to defend the charges brought against him by the Department of Justice. One government you don't want to come after you is the United States government.

Nigeria's image has battered beyond repair and the stereotype we all scammers, was something I hoped Allen Onyema will defend in the American court system. Instead, he chose to have two arrest warrant hanging over his head from two of the most powerful countries in the world: Canada and United States hanging over his head. This warrants will remain outstanding until he goes to a Canadian or American court to have them vacate.

He has flown to Dubai, china and Israel (an American ally) to evacuate. The real issue is canada always follows protocols. The airpeace is also not coming in empty it is bringing people with valid copr and pr also. The flight cannot now be seen as an evacuation flight but a commercial one.

I don't think he even understands the gravity of an arrest warrant being issued against him. It means they proved to a judge they had reasonable grounds to charge him to court and they believe they will get a conviction in court.

You saw what happened to James Ibori when he flew to Dubai and got extradited to United Kingdom to face corruption charges because they issued a global arrest warrant for his arrest.

He will be extradited to Canada or United States if he travels to a country they have a mutual treaty with. He should fly to United States or Canada and have the two arrest warrants vacated. And also recover the whooping $14.2 million dollars they seized.

This has very much to do with the airline because he claimed he is owner.

You can't seperate Dangote Group from Aliko Dangote. Likewise you can separate Air Peace from Allen Onyema.
