Who has a fairly used laptop for clearance sale in Benin?? (not necessarily UK/US-used due to my budget)

Minimum spec:
Core i5 (3rd gen)
1GB Dedicated
4GB RAM
14" screen
2hrs+ battery life

I don't really care much about the body looks,, as long as it's not a Things fall Apart grin

Note: My location is Benin but I also have someone in Lagos who can help me pick it up (2nd option)

My budget is 40 - 45k (clearance sale price please)..
