In South West, it is never an issue because of the near homogeneity of both tribes. Few days ago (last week), I was at opposite Redemption Camp, a small truck loaded with goats was held up in traffic, we heard the voices of several children playing in the truck. The Okada men drew attention of people . They want to stop the vehicle or follow the vehicle to Police Checkpoint at Mowe, I told them not to waste their time. What about those that disembarked at other places.

He is right. Ebonyi is a fast developing state better than Osun and Ekiti States. Ondo State is far better than Ebonyi.

All the Eastern States benefitted immensely from GEJ government looting.The money sunk into IBO land during GEJ era, it will take any South West state 30 years to meet up.
