Guys, how does one knows if he has ulcer?

Bought a malaria drug containing 80 artmerther and 480 lumafatrine. I was suppose to use one in the morning n one in the night but I forgot the dosage and used two at once for two days (took two the evening I bought it and two the following morning), honestly I didn't feel well and my mind just went back to medicine, then I realized I made a mistake.

The evening I took two at one, I woke up in the midnight with pains in my stomach.....

.... I don't even want to know if this is ulcer or not but the symptoms looks like one when I checked the internet.
I have pain BTW my belly button n chest, I have this feelings like vomiting but av never vomited

So is there any drugs or herbal concoction u can prescribe for ulcer?

Truth is I don't know if this is ulcer or not but I Want to let this stop..

Pls any recommended herbal concoction or drugs to prevent this early issue even though I don't know if it's ucler or not..

Pls rule out the option of hospital for now abeg...

Anything they manipulate and churn out for you in the media, you just consume it without thinking. The same chloroquine that is an approved drug for treatment of malaria and also Lupus, and has been in use for over 50years The same chloroquine that millions of us in Nigeria have been using to treat malaria right from when we were born That's the drug they are now telling you it is dangerous and kills people and you believe it?? CQ may be good for malaria and even some other autoimmune conditions.
It is however not for covid.
When you start using drugs for leprosy to treat eczema, you are abusing the person you're treating and even the drug itself.
Why expose people to the side effects of a drug when it doesn't treat their condition? Why give someone antibiotics when they don't need it?
You should use your head more with your conspiracy theories. Perhaps if you did, you wouldn't swallow everything line , hook, and sinker because a non professional like Trump says so.
On what basis is Trump taking chloroquine? Because the Chinese fake studies said so? Is he a Dr?, Is he a pharmacologist? What qualification does he have to recommend any drug that is not sold over the counter to anyone?
His own professionals around him with all the expertise say NO, yet he is still promoting chloroquine.

You are certainly wiser than the over 6,000 Doctors from different countries who participated in a poll and all agreed HCQ + Azithromicin + Zinc treatment produced very positive results on COVID 19 patients in over 90% of the cases. You must also be more knowledgeable that the renowned French Dr Didier Raoult, a multiple PhD holder and professor of Infectious diseases who clearly said he conducted multiple experiments with the drug on COVID patients and clearly saw the positive results. Yes, the same Didier Raoult that his peers have said his study was poorly designed.
The same France that other studies have shown no evidence in outcome improvement with hydroxychloroquine, but rather noticeable worrying side effects.

While we all want hope that something should work so badly for covid infection, we shouldn't propagate false narratives and hope.
You may live your life watching CNN, Fox news and others, I don't.
I've not watched CNN in years, and for you to assume I watch CNN without knowing anything about me shows you have no independent thought process yourself and probably rely on others to do your thinking for you.
