. I'm just thinking thro what happened yesterday at Ikoyi and what if any Bolt driver was caught in such situation. Rider can't go back, driver can't leave is car on the road... Rider think thro any available hotel? But none and decide to pass the night in the car, is the driver going to leave the app on or they will negotiate mobile hotel or offline trip ? cheesy[/quote]

Now to say the least of what I experience personally last week.

I work with some team of doctors and laboratory scientist, a contract to carry out covid-19 test on foreigners living in Nigeria. Last week was the turn of Lebanon citizens.

On my way from dropping some medical workers in Badore, Ajah I was arrested after being able to beat more than 3 police checkpoint with my pass n ID, was taken back to Ajah PS from Lekki. To cut the long story short, I paid 10k the next morning to bail myself n car.

Police said there's no pass for curfew. Every calls and English spoken fell on deft ears.

Concerning lagos state local boys or what ever you guys call them

Any uber/bolt driver that falls as prey to this guys is probably more foolish, stupid and a better illiterate than them. If u r into roadside pickup n run into trouble with dem simply because u don't want to give ceaser his dues then u deserve no sympathy even if they break you back windshield, in the end you're stupid. But say one local tout stops u on ur car that because u r not using ur facemask? Guy how na?

Since when karki and leather become mate?

Those of you driving inside this hot sun without AC and even in traffic plus the noise all in the name of "I'm obey NCDC guildiance to curtain the spread of covid-19", to all of una I hail oooh una really come this life to suffer.

AC or no AC if d virus won enter you body e go still enter.

....Uber nd Bolt Mata get as e be..nd i don't want to go and take bk the car i use for it yet..So this car[2008Corolla] I see now belongs to "Press" with the Stickers everywhere which has never been stoped b4(according to d person wey won borrow me) and a free Etag for tollgate cheesy

....Instead of me and the moto to dey waste for house..Im thinking of running Ajah-CMS..At all At all embarassed

Not a good idea, except you want to use it to augment your e hailing returns.

You can run early morning kabu kabu and late night,at least that can cover your fueling for ehailing.

Running kabu kabu during work hours with all this goverment dogs everywhere is a very risky venture and also the abuse your car will suffer isn't worth it.

Very true bro. It is very risky wt all govt dogs all around. Even d work dey no send them.

before pandemic, I see some uber guys around Ikeja under bridge directly opposite Ecobank. ( heading towards Allen) picking passengers around DT spot.

That spot is a hotspot any day. Police and lastma arrest people easily there. I'm lyk des guys. What are dey looking for? embarassed Cos of #100.

Last last na #100 fare and strange riders wahala you wan face ( bringing #1000 note for ride wey no pass #100.)

you wan kill the car n urself for. Tops you get #400.

Wt the risk of being arrested....

Reason it is asvised to always take opportunity when it comes knocking but some people will prefer to stand and watching saying "I'm waiting fir the right time" as if time his their own.

Anyways, I still believe opportunities always co.e but, only to the prepared minds. so look around you a lot of opportunities abide even at this time, if you still have the capital, any good investment in this period can/will easily return an investor more than 200%.

I'm confident in what I'm saying.
