I have heard many times about bloggers making thousands of dollars per month...and some, even millions!!...Chai!! How do these people make this money  Even here in Nigeria... I contacted some of my friends into blogging on this issue and to my greatest surprise, some said that they have not even made $1 since they set out blogging!  This is quite confusing but at the same time, it elicits some curious questions... 1) Is blogging that lucrative? 2) Is it worth the time and investments? 3) Is blogging something a student can venture into and sustain himself in school and even upon graduation? 4) How do top bloggers like Linder Ikeji, Omoyele Sowore, Oga Seun, etc make their money? Please, I need authentic and mature answers from experienced bloggers here... Somebody needs more side hustle as we wait for Corona virus to leave us alone...

I have two friends who are experienced bloggers - more than 2 years in the field. Both earn in six digits every month. In fact, one earns 400k + every month, though it fluctuates from time to time. I have seen his dashboard with my eyes no be hear say. I'm just a newbie; my blog is a few months old: www.educommander.com so I've not started earning yet.
