It all started when I got a new phone three days ago. I made sure I backed up my files on Google Drive before formatting and disposing my old phone

Now, I tried logging into the new device and I was told my password was incorrect. Yeah it's possible I missed some letters in my password, so I tried to recover my account using my recovery mail and recovery phone number but the response I got each I input the code sent to both my recovery mail or recovery phone number is that Google cannot verify me as the owner of the account

Guys, I have tried attempted all the recovery options yet I can't access my account. It seems my account has been locked out for some hours for suspicious activity and I have written to Google support but they seem to be replying with their normal traditional FAQ links

Please I need the gurus in the house to help me

Despite inputting the code sent to my recovery email it still tells me Google can't verify me as the owner of the account

More reason you should always ensure you have a recovery phone number on your account, which serves as a two-factor authenticator and a stronger prove that you are who you say you are!

The truth and easiest way to access that mail is by using the device you normally use to login either ur android or PC and the exact browser as well. That's from experience, google will never open it unless you do so. If result persist, I can help but for a fee.

This is indeed possible to recover... And super easy... I cam only tell you to give it time... And do not make any attempt... And do not use the same device you are trying to login again for the nest 48hours.... If you must.. change your location to the location on your last phone and it's possible...

Maybe on a laptop after waiting for the next 48 hours?

Listen carefully I would walk you through some steps, have you ever logged in on another device apart from your former phone ?

This thing can pain...
I remember when FB deactivate my ads account with over 200,000 naira on it...

You need to think back if you ever logged into any other device... Like your personal computer or place of work computer because that's the easiest way to recover your account.

Otherwise it may be hard
