Western region consist of 4 Yoruba states
And 2 none Yoruba states.

Eastern region consist of 3 Igbo states and 4 none igbo states.

so out of 23, 7 were none Yoruba.

While eastern region 26, out of 9 were non igbo.

Pls, someone reasonable should tell us who marginalizing the minorities

Please I want to know what Awolowo and co built in Edo and Delta during western regional government after milking their resources to develop Ibadan and other states in west in the 60s
Oga, stop shifting post. Answer Sammy and always stay on topic. Why you no get shame. What did azikwe built in Rivers, cross river, Bayelsa, akwa ibom.

This is what you were being asked.

Yoruba had 4 states in the 60s While minorities had 2, yet got 7 high position out of 23

While in your region

You igbos had just 3 states and minorities had 4 and the only got 9 out of total 26.

Come and defend your hypocrisy.

Western newspaper, articles written by AG loyalists appeared in which various ethnic groups of the proposed Midwest were warned of “Benin domination.” In the smear campaign, designed to derail Midwest unity, rumors were spread about how certain posts were going to be dominated by “Benin.”

Their smear campaign didn't start today, they all inherited it from their ancestors

I think this is why they have been smearing Igbo people, saying they will marginalise the Niger Delta minorities?

Well, their propaganda didn't work back then, it cannot work now that everyone is now wiser.

Ibos are very tricky. What is the population and landmass of edo and delta which is Midwest compare to yoruba. Now compare rivers, cross river, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom population and land mass against ibo own and ask urself who was marginalizing who among the 2.
