Oshomole does not command 60% loyalty in Edo North. The people there are more with the Deputy Governor Phillip Shuaibu who they see as one who will take over from Obaseki

Obaseki’s major problem is how to secure the party’s ticket and not how to win the general election. If he finds a way to secure the ticket, the general is a walkover for him.
