All the so-called military institutions across Nigeria have failed to provide a military strategy to defeat asymmetric militant because despite billions of dollar invested in the army the same hopeless leaders are at the helm.

Somebody should educate me. Is it only in Nigeria soldiers use walking stick?

Generallyspeaking, the system has failed the citizens but managing some sensitive information within the body won't have open the NA to some lapses that has happened in and out of the system.

We need death penalties for such cases!

People can complain.
But just know that since Buhari is operating through divide and rule, BMCs will come for you.

Buratai that should have been retired in 2018, during the 'change' tenure is still in the office till. Even in a sane non-military office, managers vacate their position (promote or retire) 3-4year. Yet in all their years of tenure, with all the funds given to the military, they still haven't done what chad soldiers did in 4-5days. Buhari is the most incompetent, lifeless dullard i've ever seen assuming an office. What a joke of democracy.

The reason he is being prosecuted is because he made the comments while serving. One thing about the military everywhere is that they don't like the rank and file questioning the chain of command. If comments like this get more frequent I fear there will be cases of fragging or outright mutiny.
