Pay money into that account. It's a business account any money can go in there. It's business.. business money can come from anywhere. You could run deposit with different names and indicate what the money is for. Same thing using bank app. Make no body decieve you.

That's like using company funds for your personal affairs if the company is registered then the memorandum and article should show how shares are divided among the shareholders they must approve the spending too and how does the trip benefit the company? I don't know how much she proposed spending if it's more than half of the company earnings then am sorry so if I where her i'll take the 1st option being the safest

Sister i will probably suggest you give yourself time with the bank account situation... a lot of embassies actually prefer proof of funds enough to finance your trip and having a sketchy account will only make you look suspicious (afterall why would you travel if you can't look after yourself throughout your stay?) i have seen people with very low account balance granted visa as long as they can proof they are able to finance their trip... Lord help you if you are business owner as you said and they discover you are paying less Tax than you should (trust me different embassies different level of scrutiny). My 1 dollar advise is you should actually have a travel history to countries that are visa on arrival for Nigerians. More stamps on your passport makes you seem like a more legit traveller.

Yes that will be a start but if you are looking to travel to a top country that probably won't cut it... South Africa needs Visa but it's relatively easy to obtain and Dubai was getting easier by the day prior to the lockdown, Kenya is also easy enough even countries like Cambodia are visa on arrival and who knows applying from these countries might even be easier than in the country... Everyone's journey is just different, you have to know what you want and how best to get it. From my trips outside the country I find out people who are usually relaxed about things and don't panic can reach places even with very low budget... Keep any money you have with you now expect these countries to lower their financial demands as they are looking for tourists and foreigners to boost their economy due to the effect of Covid 19

Get your business documented that shouldn't be a stressful procedure also try to obtain a tax record... This is Nigeria for the right price they will help you package things well ... As for payment through account don't worry about that as most small and medium scale business in Nigeria don't get paid through their account

There is nothing like paying yourself salary when you are a sole-owner of the business, the profit is yours and she be declared as such

If your business is registered and your source of income is legitimate and well the business also has an account, then you may be better off using your business as the sponsor for your trip, rather than opening an account and all that. You may need to get a letter head and issue a vacation permit to yourself from your company. The whole transferring money to yourself may sound good, but how much would you transfer to yourself? How will u account for your normal expenses or do u plan to leave the money without touching it (even tho feasible, would likely be a red flag)

Minus having money to travel, what embassies also critically look at is ties to your home country, a good job or business is a reasonable reason to return to the country. My 2 cents

sir the business is not a sole proprietor i don't think i can dump funds in the account and declare it as profit i have to reveal the source of income (documented) that's why i had to register the company open an account for it and pay myself

i had to quote @dehiro comment he explained it all.
6 months personal statement of account is also a requirement and i think adding it will show my ties to the company through the salary isnt that a plus?

That will only apply when u are just going on regular vacation. When the company is sponsoring you, then you don't need any personal statements.

Honestly you are not answering me questions.

Yes if your company is in a bad shape and its your only source of income then you shouldn't use it for visa application

It's my net profit(personal income)
The business account is not too much just 600k in it but my personal savings is enough to sponsor me to and fro x2 with alot of left over..
The business is not my only source of income I do home lessons I get paid in cash and it's not documented..

If this is ordinary visit , I mean visiting a friend, family etc then I suggest that you Invest your money in your business in Nigeria then wait until this whole pandemic is over and see its effect on world economy.

Well wish I had more time to waste explaining the number of times I've done it or other people doing it... During my stay in South East Asia I will often leave the countries to another one with a visit visa then reapply to other countries... follow famous world travelers like Drew Binsky and you will know better... But Since you are the judge of what's true and what's not then I digress... As our people say person wey never go no go know... A blind man can't lead another blind one..
