Question: Why can't I lose weight after taken apple cider vinegar?

Answer: You see apple cider vinegar, it's just like am appetizer and it will not help you lose weight expect when you use or dilute it with either lemon or cinnamon!!

Lie, stop misleading people. That thing taste quite terrible. I use BRAGGS raw organic apple cider vinegar with the mother mixed with lemon so I know.

I have. No need to tell anyone what it's not. Cinnamon isn't gonna make that ACV taste great.

I do mix it at times with cinnamon, ginger and lemon, so I know what it's all about. There's no need to mislead folks

Misleading people, lol.. That means over 200 in my weight loss group are lying too?
So, I can't argue with you, as long as lemon it involve, it's a no no for me.. Maybe eliminate Lemon next time!!

Cinnamon has one of a kind taste that I can't stop taking with apple cider vinegar.. Great recipe though..

I knew it won't be sweet rather, but sour. But the way the lady was hyping it by saying "The TASTE alone is HEAVEN!!" is misleading.

I have used cinnamon mix with ACV and still using it and I must say the taste is not sour. Adding honey, makes the taste great.. maybe the recipe she used or is using is better off than the one you are drinking.
