Don't be desperate because many fraudsters under the disguise of travel agents will be eager to scam you. Look into going to a place like Germany through schooling tuition free, research what it entails to be admitted into your appropriate level, read the thread on German study visa.

Everybody knows that that the country is not favourable to an upcoming hustlers, we keep our faith in God

I served my oga for six good yrs, he promised me of sending me abroad when I finish, ehmm story changed when my time elapsed in December 2017, he finally settled me with 600k which is not enough to process any visa

Then I have to hustle hard with money so as of February 2020 I was able to make up to 3m

I still have d passion of traveling outside probably USA, please I need advice from
Traveling and tour expert here if I have a chance
Please help a brother

First, you're ungrateful. You were given N600K yet you're still bitching.

Secondly, you made N3M within 2 years. This is outstanding. Give credit to Nigeria for that opportunity. Sure, emigrate i you must, it's your prerogative but there's no need to minimize what your old Boss and Nigeria did for you.
