Thanks for the information op. Information is power. Did you know that the government of Nigeria has seperated A particular amount of money for its citizens to build there own house? The National Housing Fund (NHF) was established by the NHF Act of 1992 to mobilise funds that will facilitate the provision of affordable housing for Nigerians. Under the extant NHF law, every Nigerian earning N3,000 or more per annum is required to contribute 2.5 percent of their monthly basic salary to the NHF. The funds mobilized will be made available to contributors at affordable interest rates to build homes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Zp8Ag4_rlM |

Re: How To Access The N50billion CBN COVID-19 Loan by Jonwesley(m): 7:53pm On May 22, 2020 |
waleyp: Yes you are right about that. However it's just a variant of the intervention funds from the CBN, and usually the concepts are the same, few changes are noticeable. I started the training today with online zoom cloud meeting app, with whatsApp used to register me for the Covid-19 factor loan called AGSMEIS. It's a 7 year tenor, 5% int rate till 2021 March when it will become 9% all inclusive rate. My training continues next week. There will be a business plan to be done by self or by the trainers with a #10k cost. Which will be uploaded to the CBN NIRSAL AGSMEIS site And so on before you are invited for the interview proper. |

That's very correct. Where are you located and what business are you venturing on? You can do the business plan yourself but its better to give those who can handle it for you. Since they can do it for you for 10k that's sounds good then. Have you been given form to fill tho Jonwesley: |
Re: How To Access The N50billion CBN COVID-19 Loan by Jonwesley(m): 9:17am On May 23, 2020 |
waleyp: I'm considering giving them the opportunity to do the business plan and the business is Agricultural merchandise. Though I can write it myself The form was filled on behalf of me based on the information supplied by me. |

Re: How To Access The N50billion CBN COVID-19 Loan by Jonwesley(m): 10:32am On May 23, 2020 |
ayummy: Promoters may be your relatives that support your business idea, just their names. Director's details is your name and those who subscribe in your memorandum and articles of association as directors that hold shares in the company. However it's possible that both the promoters and the directors maybe the same. |
Re: How To Access The N50billion CBN COVID-19 Loan by ayummy(m): 10:41am On May 23, 2020 |

Re: How To Access The N50billion CBN COVID-19 Loan by Jonwesley(m): 10:55am On May 23, 2020 |
ayummy: That's ok. The option would have been sole trader or sole proprietorship, rather than the limited liability which I explained earlier. You are fine with that please. 1 Like |
