I want to order a phone worth 113k from Aliexpress, but the only shipping method I saw is DHL (113k + waybill by DHL =126K.)

I have equally learned that DHL always demands that one pays for customs fees, which I think is could make it too expensive cos I've read bad stories of paying upto 45k for a phone delivered via DHL to customs.

Please can I demand the seller to ship the package via Aliexpress Standard Shipping? I can wait for two months if that should be the case.

Can DHL deliver the package into the mainland,
say Sokoto or Kebbi State? I no wan hear say I go travel go another state to clear the package.
And please if you have any credible information about that customs stuff, please share with me.

Although not to far from me, I do not want to travel back because there is interstate ban also I want to pay the woman at the post office to redirect it to Benin.
