It seems you have some respiratory issues listed there that aren't malarial in origin, nor are they related to ulcers.

You may benefit from the use of over-the-counter antacids to help calm heartburn/acid reflux. As for the respiratory issues, I suggest you ask your doctor for COVID-19 testing, just to be on the safe side.

It started as a mild pain in my stomach accompanied with fever, I decided to go to hospital for test, after explaining to doctor, he sent me to lab for double test-maleria and h. Pylori test(ulcer)
The test came out that I have both ulcer and maleria
He gave me some anti biotics which I used for two weeks and the fever stopped but the pain in my stomach persists.
I went back to same hospital and I was given another set of antibiotics for ulcer.
This was since March, but as I type this, the pain is even worse

I have being going to hospital doing different test but doctor will keep telling me its ulcer, I even told him that I want to do angina test, he said no that since he have done abdomen scan on me, blood sugar test as well, that every thing is fine and then gave me another set of antibiotics.
Now the chest pain and abdomen pain and other symptoms are still there, I can't even do any thing because the pain is always there.
I am just tired, please I need your help if there any suggestion or drug I can use as I'm loosing my sanity every day

Based on your complaint, I need to tell you the truth. You have a whole lot of things to avoid. If you can avoid those things, I can assure you of 100% health. More so, you need to take some herbs and foods...after which all pains from the Ulcer will be bygone.

The first thing you must avoid if you don't want reoccurrence of the Ulcer:
Please does fish contain fat?
I do take fish, watermelon, semo,okro soup, potatoes, Unripe plantain, egusi soup, banana

1. Any food that contains fat e.g avocado, nuts, butter, soybeans, fish(salmon), chocolate, sardine, cheese and egg.

2. Avoid the use of anything that contains aspirin. How will you know?

Take note, anything that is used to reduce pain or to treat fever, probably contain aspirin. Check the meds you've been taking...if you see aspirin in them. You've got to stop using it.

3. Avoid spices like plague e.g nutmeg, turmeric, pepper, ginger and vanilla.

4. Avoid sugar by all means

5. Avoid stress, I repeat, DO NOT STRESS YOURSELF AT ALL...mind you, I need to know the kind of work you do. Stress destroys whatever you take to take off the Ulcer or pain.

6. Avoid anything that contains acid e.g grains, sugar, fish, fresh meat and processed meat - beef and turkey, processed foods - cereals, cheese, bread, tinned vegetables, snacks, gala; microwave meals, cakes and biscuits; dairy products - butter, cheese and yougurt; soda and soft drinks.

7. Don't take coffee

8. Avoid drugs...all drugs e.g tobacco, marijuana (weed), alcohol, heroin.

Then, get these four plants(herbs):
Aloe Vera
Horsetail
Slippery Elm
Cayenne (if you can't get them, see my pro file on how to get them)

Get the inner bark of slippery elm; the gel or the leave; the whole plant of Horsetail with the fruit of Cayenne...boil them and drink it.

In addition, you need to eat alot of
Carrot
Cabbage
Banana
Orange
Green vegetables
And pumpkin seeds.


You will be fine.

It is not Ulcer at all. It is something else. Ulcer is in the digestive system. Respiratory is a whole entirely separate system altogether. That is why I said you should go get yourself tested soonest, or better still go get a second opinion from another doctor

Nope, I've had acid reflux since childhood. The burning sensation in my chest never came near my breathing, as I was sure it was in my oesophagus and not my lungs.
Being short of breath and hyperventilating, that is a lung issue.

There may even be anxiety about your condition affecting your breathing, but not the ulcer or acid reflux itself affecting your breathing. I myself had breathing difficulties while suffering acid reflux, and as I said they were not related.
That is why I keep suggesting he go get that looked at again/get a second opinion. Acid reflux has no respiratory symptoms of any kind.

I was advised to take notice of some food that cause my reflux and stay away from them.eating the wrong food makes the reflux not to heal on time.
Stay away from alcohol,cold water or drinks, replace sugar with honey,use unsweetened yoghurt instead of milk, avoid any can food mostly the one's that have tomatoes on them,aviod eat meat like beef,goat meat,pork etc.cook your food with fish or chicken,aviod fried food any thing that is fried, your best food for now is white rice and vegetables soup, fruits and nuts that doesn't is not acidic.eat spaghetti instead of noddles.replace garri with yam flour, wheat,semi etc.
Always eat very early in the morning and take a light meal to bed at night.stay up like 2 hours after meal before laying down.
This is all l could remember, speedy recovery...
