442 is old but can still be effective with the right set of players. It's just a suggestion, after all A.Madrid still use the formation. And let me tell you, a good coach can drill any set of players to play his desired formation. They only need to be cooperative.

These sets can't adapt to anything, they ain't tough, committed, hard working even in training they don't show sign of seriousness.
The only formation suitable for them is the 433 or 3511
