No need to contact CIMA yet, wait for the stipulated period first. You'll most likely receive your new test date before 5 business days elapse.

I did call the Lagos office, couldn’t get a favorable response and I mailed the London office, was told that they would only send the transcripts to Wes that they can’t estimate when the certificate would get to Nigeria and are unable to issue a soft copy to me

Please try to write in a center to avoid all those their stories.

Your transcript is going to be evaluated by Wes as a year diploma without the certificate I think

Please does IQAS assess CIMA certificate as additional certificate. I assessed my Degree with them last year and want to add the CIMA as additional certificate. Thanks.

Update 1:
I did call/email CIMA and WES on the possibility of sending the transcript and letter of good standing to WES electronically and I can confirm that it works. So one doesn't need to go through the postal courier hassle especially since WES has been slow in processing them.
I would update this thread when I get a positive evaluation.

A minor issue though. I noticed the final certificate tab shows accepted even when CIMA said certificate is not ready. I'm guessing WES thought the letter of good standing was the certificate. Would have to email them to add the certificate when it's ready. I do hope it doesn't affect the evaluation though. Would perhaps delay the other BSc verification so as to have everything on the dashboard ready at once. Did anyone face the same issue?

I think you should continue with the verification. Some people have been lucky to have their evaluations completed without the certificate. However, some didn't receive favourable evaluation. It's a matter of timing though, will the certificate be ready before the verification is concluded?

1. I used the WES Canada contact form to request that an additional credential be added to my application. Please follow the attached image instructions. Also, remember to download the academic records request form from WES. You can also google search it. Fill it and attach it to your mail to CIMA.

2. I then emailed CIMA requesting that my transcripts and letter of good standing be prepared and sent electronically to WES. They have to initiate correspondence with WES so the whole process might take a week or two.

Hopefully, CIMA gets the certificate ready on time so I can upload it on WES.

Pls I finished evaluating my BSC but I will like to include CIMA now, how do I go abou it. If I upgrade my account, will it still be the same account or will I start all over again?

I think so because in my WES profile they didn't ask for certificate. They only asked for transcript.

But is it advisable to fax/send the certificate to them?

So I was scheduled to write BA4 online today at 9pm but I had issues login on because of internet connectivity (it has been raining all day)

I had tested out my system 2 days earlier and it was successful.

I tired reaching out to the help desk via chat and phone call but they were not available (I guess it is a time of the day thing)

When I eventually got access to the application after oscillating between 3 internet providers, it was already about 22mins past my scheduled time, I was not granted access to the exam.

please I want to find out if anyone has had this issue and how they went about resolving it

I had this same issue, rain fell in the middle of my exams and my trusted internet which I watch HD video with stopped working, I couldn’t exit the platform to connect to other another internet. I just sat there panicking until the weather improved. I emailed

The best people to contact when you've issues with taking your exam is PearsonVUE..

I had issues during my exam and they rescheduled me for free.. No hassle, they're the people in charge of the exam... Even at test centres, it's PearsonVUE they call too whenever there's an issue..

Their phone numbers are on their website.. Call early when they're resuming work, so that you don't wait for long and burn your credit..

Hi there,

So same day it happened, I filled a complaint form on their website and on Thursday, I called their contact centre in the UK to explain myself. The agent that I spoke to open a case for me.

About 30mins ago, I got an email to reschedule.

Call their contact centre during working hours, I'm sure they ll profer a solution for you.

Had issues with CIMA/Pearson vue too. I was unable to start my exam (tried for about 2hrs on different browsers and incognito), it kept showing Pearson time out.

Don't know if I should just try again later or wait till Monday to file a complaint.
