How could a whole retired chief of defense staff think he can move freely like a common man without his security details? He killed himself by believing nothing will happen. He should know Nigeria is not safe for high ranking personalities let alone a common man. You can't be wiser than people trailing or monitoring ur movement. Your safety should be your number 1 priority.
