I ordered a phone on Tuesday from a vendor and he waybilled it from kaduna to delta.
Today is Saturday and still nothing, I'm growing mad impatient , idk should I call their customer care or is this how it is?

Didn't you know that there is inter-state lockdown ?...just be hopeful to get ur parcel , cos movement is strict...you are only exposing GIG with what u doing now, I just gat to know that I some TP company are still working during this lockdown even commercial trip

Yes, from most state, the shipment goes to Lagos first.

In ur case phone left ilorin to Lagos and only left Lagos yesterday. Expect it Monday or Tuesday earliest.

Most of them are for essential services, but they are secretly doing biz , and that's y ur parcel is been delay ...on a normal day, GIG will not delay more than 5 hrs from normal delivery time

Definitely the lockdown... the item was sent too early to the actual date of departure
