This is likely to be propaganda. US needs a lot of propaganda against China in Africa. US already messed up relationship with Africa with AfDB
China didn't see any agencies structure to build but just went straight to NCC to help them out. This speak volumes bro

you forgot citizens of your so adored developed countries won't rejoice over or sick the pit fall of their beloved developed country.
they would rather come after their weak and wicked leaders not the collapse of the entire structure just because they hate their leaders.

And I wonder why Hong Kong is on fire right now. Criticism should breed better deeds but in our country, it doesn’t even matter cos THEY DONT CARE AND WE DONT MATTER TO THEM. Making excuses for a failed leadership is the reason why we are 20 years behind development in Nigeria. Once one bridge is built we clap for them and they go on for years looting and doing what they do. Major highways that takes China weeks to complete is taking those fixing the Lekki road close to a year. We aren’t demanding too much, just good credible leadership. All around the world leaders loot and do stuffs but not with impunity as with our leaders here and there are checks and balances. The minister for Interior in Nigeria will answer the Foreign Affairs minister SIR just so her or she can facilitate a deal. Whereas these are two separate ministries. You know that at the pace we are moving, one day we will wake up to nothing in this country but starvation and homelessness. No homegrown business nor industries, for how long are we going’s to continue? These Wicked men and Women are striping the country of its future. Our kids may be born into a country not named Nigeria in the near future.

Hmmm.... little wonder diaspora fights with communications. The Commies must have overhead the angst about the ill treatment of our citizens over there and set fire to the situation....

The man that makes it a habit of borrowing his neighbour's clothes risks having his naked.ness exposed in the market square. It is only a matter of time.

When you produce nothing, build nothing for yourselves but run a rent seeking, contractor's paradise your security and economic naked.ness must be evident to all. Africans cannot even build the houses they live and work in. Is there a greater shame than this.

That's because our leaders are only concerned about looting.

Even if China gets info about how public funds are looted can they really blackmail them with it? Our leaders no send o.

And Nigeria, in particular, politics is not like US own. You cannot influence voters because the politicians influence results grin

Africans are not careless about everything. US and European Countries colonized us and enslaved us. Indoctrination and imprisonment of mental reasoning are more fatal than spying.

In most African countries, those International NGOs are spying agencies carrying out specific target assignment. The non Regional Members of AFDB are on the Board with their funds on espionage duties to monitor Africa development indices.

Two days ago on the rejection of AFDB Ethics Committee probe by the US, I said the new African Union (AU) Headquarters, a gigantic edifice at Addis Ababa is a GIFT of the Chinese people to Africans. Today, the US wants Africans to believe it is a gift to monitor Africa. I believed this report is old but coming at a time Africa is saying AFDB is not UN, no country has a VETO power in AFDB, US does not have a veto power in AFDB, then, this report is a propaganda.

The CIA monitoring mechanism is all over Africa. Why is US jittery over Chinese projects in Africa?

It's time for Africa to stamp it's authority on world affairs. Nigeria should be in the lead if not for the weakness of our government and its institutions. We are still begging for loans and grants when we should be taking advantage of the situation. For how long will we play second fiddle to world affairs even when the suppressor is going weak? It's now or never I believe. China, US, are battling to appease Africa. We got the resources, and its what matters. We need to take advantage if we open our eyes.

Our leaders are too stupid to take relevant information's seriously. It's not as if we are our own leadership in the first place. An average Nigerian politician can sell his nation without making a second thought. The fact that they answer to their pockets and not to the national agenda is a major proof. All major superpowers have a thing or two they use in making our governments Royal puppets. That's why you see their dumb asses always jumping like baboons whenever anything "foreign or overseas" is brought to the table.

There is no superpower or serious country that will not do the same whether US, Russia, or UK. Valuable intelligence confers immense advantage even in corporate world.

In fact America's CIA is worst when it comes to eavesdropping to high profile conversations as well as compromising other countries' encrypted communications or classified information. They did it to Angela Merkel of Germany in the recent past by compromising her phone. Another classic example is this story by Washington Post:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/graphics/2020/world/national-security/cia-crypto-encryption-machines-espionage/

My only concern is whether our own National Intelligence Agency (NIA) has the capabilities to gather economic, political and security intelligence that will give Nigeria edge at least starting from our ECOWAS brethren. That's why I was taken aback by the surprise and shock that followed the sudden hijacking of ECOWAS' proposed ECO currency by France in union with Francophone countries. The impression was that no advance intelligence was picked by NIA about the efforts of Francophone countries to break ranks.

How do you expect our intelligence agencies to be top notch when most of the personnel were employed based on man know man?

it is not propaganda. that is how communism operates. have u wonder why most China's loans are directed at capital projects to be executed by chinese companies? US and EU do not mess up with Africa but we choose China because of cheap construction works.
