Anthony Joshua and Giannis Antetokounmpo have been listed in the top 20 of the Forbes’ latest list of the 100 highest-paid athletes in the world.

Antetokounmpo, who plays for Greece is 18th on the list with $47.6m in earnings from basketball and endorsements, while Joshua is 19th on the list with earnings worth $47m.

Roger Federer takes the top spot for the first time, with $106m of pre-tax earnings, edging past Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, who have swapped the No. 1 spot in three of the past four years.

The two soccer icons earned a combined $209m during the past 12 months, a $28m drop from 2019, due to salary reductions at many European soccer clubs when league play was halted in March.

The 100 highest-paid athletes earned a combined $3.6bn this year, which is 9 percent below 2019 and the first decline since 2016, when boxers Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao skewed the results with a $400m payout from their May 2015 “Fight of the Century” pay-per-view bout.

Athletes from 21 countries and 10 sports make the final cut this year, as do two women — Naomi Osaka and Serena Williams – the first time more than one woman has made the ranks since 2016, when Williams appeared with Maria Sharapova.

Osaka, who earned $3.4m in tournament pay, is another dream endorser, collecting $34m from brands including Nike, Nissan Motor and Procter & Gamble. No female athlete from any other sport besides tennis has ever made this elite rank.

The Mystery Of The Crown Of Thorns
To think of the immeasurable excruciating pain that Jesus Christ had to go through, to pay for your sins and mine, makes me shudder. We thank Him for giving Man another chance to receive the ability to truly live forever by reconnecting us back to the SOURCE Of all lives.

The Crown of thorns forcefully planted on JESUS of Nazareth before His crucifixion was not put on him by friends, but by fiercest enemies that intended inflicting highest levels of pain ever possible to Man. It had long sharp thorns that literarily lacerated Jesus' Head and pierced deeply into His Head causing sever excuciating pain in the process. Psychologically and spiritually, this sealed and killed Jesus' human ability to be offended. It went down in His Brain and psychology to kill any passion for vengeance that might have been left, leaving nothing but only Love for Humanity. That was why at the Cross, JESUS Christ was able to say in Luke 23:34 "FATHER, forgive them; for they know not what they do." All thanks to HIM that valued us enough to go to such unbelievable lengths to redeem our eternal souls from eternal destruction. Can I hear some one say "THANK YOU JESUS!" Somebody, give JESUS Praise here!

Most of us sing that Song: "I want to be like Jesus", but are we truly ready?! This is the full stature of Christ that every Christian must grow to. Psychologically, we shall all be approached with the Crown of thorn, the day we decide to wear it without complaining is the day we truly become like JESUS. Your own crown of thorn may come as betrayal from a trusted fellow, attack from another, temptations and even trials against us from different persons in this World.
This is the highest level of Christianity that most never get to.

Jesus said we should feed our enemies and even pray for those that despise up, this is the most uncomfortable level of Christianity. We know that the Ways of God is not the ways of men, and Wisdom of YAHWEH often appears foolish to mortal humanity. But following our CREATOR's Way is the wisest decision anyone could take. So, let's comment on the original Thread and suggest ways to grow to this level of Faith in doing the Will of God for our lives. We shall not fall short in this Christian Journey in JESUS' Name.

Happy fake Sabbath day

Well, I want to enlighten some lukeworms this morning
I'll use few verses from psalm 33

12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.

18 Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;

19 To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.

20 Our soul waiteth for the Lord: he is our help and our shield.

21 For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.

22 Let thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.

Some so called Christians always say God doesn't do tribes or colors , well I hate to burst your bubbles,

God has chosen only the nation of Israel for his glory from the beginning to the end

And I always talk about fearing God and putting all your trusts in Him because God knows those who trusts Him with all thier hearts

And even keep his commandments

Jesus said he has not come to banish the laws but rather to uphold them
And anybody that teaches people to Break those laws will be guilty

Yet , your pastors never told you that Saturday is the day of Sabbath

Look at all these daddy G.O s , they said Jesus rose up from the dead on Sunday that's why they changed it to Sunday

They are already guilty

That's why I always called them fake men of God
Cos if truly they have the spirit of God, they would have changed their church members from err ways

During the last days, Salvation will come from Zion
And all nations will flock Down to Zion

Yoruba , the tribe of judah
