While you are right, you must also understand that in business, customers are said to be always right. Losing guard and meting out all those insults was definitely uncalled for. No matter how difficult a customer is proving to be, whether or no s(he) is wrong, business owners should learn to professionally deal with such encumbrances without being insultive. That man just burnt the ladder of trust/ customership( if there is ever a word like that) and it may take a miracle for the client to patronise or recommend his services again.
