I am an economist and I have discovered one hidden fraud that has been going on in our Nigerian telecom industry. Who pays for those seconds that you use in saying " you have less than one minute remaining" while I am on call? This question is directed to MTN, AIRTEL, GLO AND 9MOBILE.
