My friend shut that your mouth, charity they say begins at home. They should protest about the killings going on in Nigeria, 74 people were killed in katsina recently and nobody protested.

Nonsense.
Did you protest that the rest of Nigerians didn't didn't join you?

For those saying Black Americans dislike Africans, this response is for you
I

I stand and will always stand with the truth.
Black Americans dislike Africans because they thought Africans dislike them. Have you forgotten that many of them were sold off by us? And we get in return Mirrow, glasses, umbrella for selling our fellow black children to white people. Many Black Americans read a lot of their history and they know how they got to the United State, one was even telling me about Yoruba slave trade, ma, read about it, if you won't see how wicked our people were to them. Then go read what they passed through as slaves.

Now their children read these stories, history and it affects them psychologically, the worst of it all is that Africans never even supported them during their fights in the US for freedom in the 90's. This kind of solidarity wasn't done by our grand Fathers when the blacks were fighting for so many things, but what were Africans doing? They were busy judging them and even till today, Africans are kings of judger's, we judge everything.
Africans never showed love to these people, and imagine how much they wanted to come back to Africa when they were slaves, and even till now, many of them still love Africa, just that they love Africa so much that they hate. If you understand psychology, you will understand the type of dislike they have for Africa, its a dislike from love. Its just like a child hating his mother because of some past things, the child love the mother so much that he hates and blame her for everything.

Ma, when has Africans stand in solidarity with them? And yet they all come to enjoy the America that they fought so hard for to be recognized as humans. When has Africa apologized for selling them to the whites?
They are justified for disliking Africa for selling their grandfathers to white people.
Check the picture I attached and see how some of them want unity with Africans. I

I see many of their posts and I could read their love for Africa.
I remember how happy they were when corona was not in Africa, and even if we ain't joining in solidarity because of them, can't we join because of our brothers and sisters living in the US, or are they different from black Americans in skin colour? Whites see them as same people

I want to ask you something, how exactly are you going to benefit from this protest?( I use you, instead of we) because you seems to be more interested in what goes on in America than here.

Don't tell me you wan leave us run. grin

The big elephant is the white cops unabating brutality.

Talking about demonstration, I think I agree that charity begins at home. If we cannot learn to protest on daily injustices meted by Nigerians on Nigerians, then it would be cumbersome or unattractive or negligible for some to care much about such global injustice. There is deep empathy obviously but expressing it the way it should, is lacking.

Just like you see valid reasons not to join in solidarity for justice, you will see reasons why you shouldn't develop your Nation, and thats why you will remain poverty ridden most backward race on Earth
since Martin Luther era you guys have been protesting, then I wasn't even alive!!! Then China and Japan and most Asian country was a mess and there citizens wherever they went were second class.. But now both countries are dominating the word right now including Arabs.. How do you want to stop racism when you have nothing to offer, 70percent of black American females live on government welfare. There men are rather doing drugs or in jail...what do you bring to the table as a group, nothing instead take take take.. And you expect them to respect you... Those white guys marching with you shouting black life matters don't give a shit, they doing that virtue signaling in there consciousness they believe we are losers always pointing fingers. And when you say justice where were you when black kills black in your country or let me say ghetto.. You only fell pity for your fellow race when its not done by a black soul... Hypocrisy!!!!!!!!

If only you know what African Americans see NIGERIANS as. When Jcole came to perform, if you see comments I was shocked. A big percentage of successful professionals from Africa are Nigerians. There is always beef with Nigerians. They always say because we set the table for you that's why you have something to eat. They are rude as Bleep to Nigerians most of the times. Some even are pushing a narratives that they are different from us from this continent. That's black Americans are different from Aftican Americans.
