It's a Militia that cannot defeat home-grown terror BOKO HARAM. I am told they really excel in looting and beating up civilians. They are 8M civilians in IDP camps because the Militia has given up on North East Nigeria.

Chadian army kill a lot of them at will. Buhari came and promised to finished them - but as of today - Boko Haram is new normal - they will be in North East - until maybe AU forces are deployed there.

All you need to do is ask for help. AU will for an AMNIG - Africa Union Mission in Nigeria - and we will try to get troops all over to help take back 8M poor suffering Nigerias to their homes and farms.

Kenya will be very willing to contribute troops to the Africa Union Mission in Nigeria.
