Amosun took the pain and constructed all the main ROADS in the state.

Enemy of progress, where's the electricity to power factories to reduce cost of production for our manufacturers to compete with cheap one from china? They would need financing (and know how) to build and sustain those factories. It's easier to build the roads and then allow others who are already in the business of manufacturing to build and maintain factories.

Besides, the business of government is provide public services. Roads are such, schools are such, likewise hospitals, power and water. Factories are not.

Who told you that factory are not , can an ordinary individual build and fund a steel factory in a single unit. government are also responsible in management and maintenance of the nation's resources, so they're responsible in building factories, refinery and others in making sure they're utilize . You won't be allowed to build a factory in some countries especially in it's nation's resources.
