Hello fam, my HTC desire 10 pro that I bought as a new one in 2018 july recently started to take time to boot.

it takes roughly 5 minutes to start up.

please advise

Your internal storage is full.
Delete things and let it have at least 2gb free space else one day e no go on again.
Once that one happen, no going back

U would have to free up space to let it run freely, over storage affects It's speed Of performance.
Free up space and begin enjoying it.
