Very true. I saw this in a Bruce Willis movie that said in a quote, nobody wants to fight Nigerian soldiers on land. Nigerians run always in battle and will not give a retreating enemy any quarter.

If a certain tribe, gifted in the art of technology and production, starts a weapons factory for the Nigerian army, that factory wouldnt be shut down by the neocolonialists. They would be shut down and deemed a national security risk by the other two major tribes in Nigeria.
For many multiethnic, multi-tribal countries in the Global South, the lack of unity has been the main impediment to any sustainable progress. Nigeria's case is not special.

They don't say when they filmed it, but it is fresh content. Trainings and joint exercises like this are quite common, so it is understandable if you confused it with one from the past.
