I belong to the minorities in Nigeria who doesn't think the problem we have is caused by the leaders/politicians. But I do believe the problem is caused by NIGERIANS, the people, starting from our fore fathers who have done nothing to make our society grow but to hold on to useless beliefs, traditions, fairies, tales that makes our people backward.
The leaders are Nigerians, and no matter how they have looted the country or harmed us, it is a result of a failed society who failed to raise people who care for growth. Have you ever asked yourself why is it that African leaders are thesame? If the incumbent leader should die, or leave office, another thief/looter/inefficient person would be there, this would continue until we as people realise the root of the problem, which is the society that is raising them.

Even if a youth should get to office today, same would be repeated because the problem is deep, it is in the psyche of the black people. Check this thread and you will see how Nigerians are proud to CURSE on Nigeria, or how the majority of Nigerians do not care for it to grow.
You should know that whatever bad you experience in Nigeria today is caused by your forefathers that failed to do something about it, that felt unconcerned and just for their selfish growth. Same would happen to your unborn generations and they would curse on you if they meet the country like this..
It is the fault of our fore fathers why Nigeria is this way, it is our fault why it would remain this way for our unborn generation if we fail to act right.

I'm from EDO state, I voted for obaseki in the last elections, apart from the 23megawatts ossiomo electricity project obaseki doesn't have any single project in EDO state, EDO is totally messed up, the few roads he constructed has been washed off by erosion, how many times have you seen obaseki commissioned a project on front page here? Yahaya bello did far more than obaseki in four years, obasekis four years can't be compared to osunbor that ruled for few months, his four years can't be compared to 1 year in office of oshiomhole, all he has done in four years is to make sure he discontinued what oshiomhole started and lock what he completed, Benin city is worse off since he came, security zero, projects zero, shouldn't a reasonable gov be campaigning with his past work already? Dude has nothing to campaign with, he's busy signing MOU up and down.

Just an addition - where Ambode lost was when he allowed Tinubu to deceive him and he remained in APC. If Ambode had run against Sanwo Olu from another party, I DO NOT BELIEVE AMBODE WOULD HAVE LOST- the compassion of Lagosians would have made him win, Tinubu knows this and he made promises to Ambode left and right that he will be rewarded maybe a ministerial appointment or some big appointment BUT once he got him to remain in APC until the general election, he thrashed Ambode aside like a banana peel
