Nigerian Nurse Based In The US Has Said That There Is No Corona Virus In Nigeria by robosky02(op): 12:00pm On Jun 08, 2020
A Nigerian nurse based in the United States of America has said that she doesn't believe coronavirus in Nigeria is real.

A Nigerian nurse based in the United States, Yetunde Ifelowo, has said that there is no COVID-19 in Nigeria.

According to her, Nigerians living in the North American country do not believe that coronavirus back home is real. She said Nigeria's population is just like New York, adding that Nigeria would have had more cases than the United States if the virus is real back home.

She said the United States is more equipped than Nigeria, adding that the latter does not have a functioning hospital that could admit patients.

Speaking about cases being reported in Nigeria, she said: "Who is really taking care of these people? Who are the nurses? Which hospital were they in? How many days were they in the hospital?

"So to me and some other Nigerians, we do not believe that Nigeria has the case. I think because of the herbs and home remedies that we are taking, I think it really helps. And this very virus doesn't survive under heat - so maybe that could be an advantage."

Can you imagine this thrash spit out by this woman?

I stand being corrected, Lagos State and New York State competes for the largest population. If Lagos has a credible population census, there is a tendency for Lagos to be even larger than New York State In population.

Some people just like dishing out gibberish to establish their points

Going by this logic, Lagos should naturally have numbers close to that of New York.

Lagos is more populated than New York actually, the most populated states are California, followed by Texas and Florida, however, the reason for the few numbers is majorly because Nigeria tests far less people on the average.

The country is yet to test up to a 100,000 in total, so, I am rather surprised the Nigerian nurse in US, is unaware of this fact, especially with how easy information is, to reach. Furthermore, from the general outlook of the virus in Africa, it's clear, that for some reason, the virus is not as deadly and doesn't spread as fast as it does, in other colder parts of the world.

Quite disappointing take from her.

Nigeria does not have

Compared to the pandemic been experienced there

Cos what we have here is a child's play were governors will just say I have it and next they are attending a function. Or were those in isolation centers at protesting they have not been paid.....
