I have checked him but the price is a bit high for the local man. Secondly he said he stays in ibadan and will need to be paid before it will be delivered, while I stay in Lagos.

Why not order the phone from aliexpress and use DHL to ship to ur door step, cos that's how most resellers here do that make the prices to be a bit high
